• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with RA 9160 and PAGCOR requirements;

ts777 reserves the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Where material changes are made, ts777 will notify affected players via their registered email address or by a prominent notice on the ts777 Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.
